My successful achievement of goals is not luck but a result of an creativity, resourcefulness, openness, precision, experience, and wide ranging tool belt acquired during my educational experiences (Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, MBA and numerous training classes, 6 sigma black belt), and work experiences.  

This is not a cookie cutter approach but an alignment of a company’s Vision and Needs and the tried and true tools that I have in my tool belt.  

I involve personnel in an organization to gain their inputs and creative ideas.  I then work with the company to lead and achieve its continual improvement goals.  It is a team effort between the organization and myself.
